Texas Man Indicted in Shooting at Secret Service Agent Near the Washington Monument

Michael Marx, a 45-year-old man from Midland, Texas, was indicted for a May 4 shooting near the Washington Monument that injured a civilian bystander. The U.S. Attorney Jeanine Ferris Pirro announced the charges filed in U.S. District Court.
