Arrest made in Redwood City hit and run that killed woman

A Redwood City man was arrested for a fatal hit-and-run that killed a 72-year-old woman. Police used surveillance video and license plate reader technology to identify the suspect's white Toyota Tundra, leading to the arrest of Francisco GallardoAlvarez on suspicion of vehicular manslaughter and hit-and-run.
