Amtrak, NJT service return with delays, cancellations after paralyzing NY Penn fire

An overnight fire at New York Penn Station caused by a collision between two Amtrak work trains led to extensive service delays and cancellations for NJ Transit and Amtrak. Five transit workers were injured, with two hospitalized, and refunds are being offered to affected customers as investigations continue.
