Miami man faces new child molestation charge after third arrest for touching 10-year-old

Carlos Jean, 38, was arrested for a third time this month for allegedly molesting a 10-year-old girl in Hialeah. He faces charges of lewd and lascivious molestation of a child under 12 and battery. Earlier arrests this month and in March involved allegations of touching a 12-year-old girl and following a student while masturbating.
