4 Fremont residents arrested for damaging utility cables that affected 10K customers' internet

Four Fremont residents were arrested for stealing over $55,000 in fiber-optic and coaxial cables, which damaged utility infrastructure and disrupted internet for 10,000 customers. Surveillance video aided Fremont Police Department in identifying the suspects and their vehicles at multiple crime scenes in May.
