Vallejo operation targeting sex buyers nets 28 arrests in May

Vallejo police arrested 28 suspected sex buyers during three one-day operations in May, conducted in downtown Vallejo along Sonoma Boulevard and Marin Street. The suspects hailed from 14 different California cities, including Vallejo, Fairfield, and Vacaville.
