Dual Iranian-Iraqi National Indicted for Providing Material Support to Terrorist Organizations

The Justice Department indicted Mohammad Baqer Saad Dawood Al-Saadi, a dual Iranian-Iraqi national, for terrorism-related offenses linked to his role in Kata'ib Hizballah and Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps. He is accused of participating in nearly 20 attacks and attempted attacks in Europe and the United States.
