Boy attacked by San Carlos transient man after checking on his welfare: DA

A 40-year-old transient man allegedly attacked a 15-year-old boy outside a Walgreens store in San Carlos after the boy asked if he needed food. The man, Ming Yuan Li, was charged with felony counts of corporal injury to a child and assault.
