Israel hits Lebanese capital in 'targeted strike'

Israel conducted a targeted strike on Beirut, the Lebanese capital, which had previously been largely unaffected by the conflict. Both Israel and Hezbollah accuse each other of violating a ceasefire agreed upon last month.
