Honduran Man Indicted For Assault Against Law Enforcement and Damage to Government Property

Jairo Yoel Montoya-Amador, a 21-year-old Honduran national, was indicted for assaulting a federal officer and damaging government property. The charges were announced by United States Attorney David I. Courcelle.
