Metra Electric Line schedule to feature increased services to multiple stops

Metra will increase service on its Electric Line starting June 15, adding stops at three Hyde Park stations and renovated locations like 79th Street/Chatham, 87th Street/Woodruff, and 103rd Street/Rosemoor. The changes align with the Northern Illinois Transit Authority’s goals and include more frequent weekday trains and expanded service on Blue Island and South Chicago Branch Lines.
