After months of traffic headaches, Ohio, Ontario bridges in and out of Chicago to finally reopen

Two major Chicago bridges connecting the Kennedy Expressway to River North are reopening with three lanes each after over a year of traffic disruptions caused by construction. The Illinois Department of Transportation completed a $15.4 million project to repair bridge structures, with future weekend closures planned for additional work.
