China’s drug regulator clears wave of home-grown innovative medicines amid biotech boom

China's National Medical Products Administration (NMPA) has approved 19 innovative drugs this year, with 15 developed by domestic companies, highlighting the country's biotech boom. Notable examples include sonrotoclax, a cancer drug developed by BeOne for treating adult blood cancers.
