Tiny “sesame” sea slug discovered in Taiwan turns out to be a new species

A new species of sea slug, Thecacera sesama, was discovered in Taiwan’s coastal waters. Named for its black-and-yellow 'sesame-like' appearance, the translucent nudibranch was identified with help from a sea slug expert via Facebook after being found during a casual dive.
