D.C. Felon Sentenced to 30 Months for Illegal Gun Possession After Fleeing Police

Michael Fenwick, a 35-year-old previously convicted felon in the District of Columbia, was sentenced to 30 months in prison for unlawful possession of a loaded firearm after fleeing police during a foot chase. The case was announced by U.S. Attorney Jeanine Ferris Pirro in U.S. District Court.
