Teen brother and sister killed after fire rips through Westchester home

A fire in a Westchester home killed two teen siblings, aged 15 and 17, and hospitalized their mother and adult son. Firefighters rescued the teens but performed CPR after they were found in cardiac arrest. The fire, caused by an overheated power strip, injured a firefighter who was later released.
