San Francisco rent reaches new high at $4,000 a month for 1-bedroom apartment

San Francisco rent for a one-bedroom apartment has reached an all-time high of $4,000 a month. Zumper, a Bay Area rent tracker, attributes the increase to the artificial intelligence boom in the city.
