New Dallas trail project unlocks hidden Parkdale Lake

Dallas City Council approved a $16-million project to extend the Trinity Forest Spine Trail toward Parkdale Lake, a secluded 110-acre lake in Southeast Dallas. The third phase of the trail aims to connect White Rock Lake to the Trinity River Audubon Center, improve mobility in southern Dallas neighborhoods, and open Parkdale Lake to public access for the first time.
