Police arrest man after alleged threats, dog bite in Santa Monica

Santa Monica police arrested Tar Nay after he allegedly threatened people with a baseball bat and his dog bit a victim during an incident on Sunday. The suspect was booked on charges of assault with a deadly weapon and criminal threats, while the dog was taken to a shelter.
