‘Implosion’ at Washington state packaging plant injures multiple people

An implosion at Nippon Dynawave Packaging in Washington state caused a hazardous materials incident, injuring multiple people with chemical burns. The facility, which includes a kraft pulp and paper mill and liquid packaging facility, employs around 1,000 workers.
