States that cover healthcare for immigrants scale back

Six states and the District of Columbia are scaling back state-funded healthcare for noncitizens due to federal Medicaid cuts and expired Obamacare subsidies. States including California, Colorado, and New York previously covered income-eligible noncitizen adults, while 14 states provided coverage for noncitizen children.
