Kyiv Reports Over 13,300 Russian Chemical Attacks Since 2022

Ukraine's Ministry of Defense reports that Russian forces have conducted over 13,300 chemical attacks since the 2022 invasion began, with incidents escalating to consistently high levels across the front line in 2024.
