Eastern District of Texas honors Jacksonville Police Officer with Hometown Hero Award

The Eastern District of Texas has honored Officer Elyse Hand of the Jacksonville Police Department with the 2026 Hometown Hero Award. The award was announced by U.S. Attorney Jay R. Combs.
