Illegal alien with multiple felony convictions, indicted for returning to the United States after being previously deported

A Mexican national with multiple felony convictions has been indicted for unlawfully returning to the United States after being deported. The charge was announced by the Eastern District of Texas U.S. Attorney Jay R. Combs.
