New Orleans Man Sentenced to 30 Years in Federal Prison after Being Found Guilty by a Jury of Armed Carjacking and Being an Armed Career Criminal

Jovante Matthews, a 30-year-old from New Orleans, was sentenced to 350 months (approximately 29 years) in federal prison after being convicted of armed carjacking, firearm use in furtherance of crime, and being an armed career criminal.
