Maryland Man Sentenced for SNAP Benefits Fraud Scheme

Brendyn Andrew, a 34-year-old Maryland man, was sentenced to 54 months in federal prison for orchestrating a SNAP benefits fraud scheme. The conviction included charges of unauthorized access device possession, aggravated identity theft, passport fraud, and witness tampering. U.S. District Judge Theodore D. Chuang imposed the sentence in Greenbelt, Maryland.
