Illegal Alien from Mexico Pleads Guilty to Illegal Possession of a Firearm

Javier Bernal-Lopez, a 38-year-old illegal alien from Mexico residing in Keswick, Virginia, pleaded guilty to federal charges of illegally possessing a firearm while unlawfully present in the United States. The case was prosecuted in Charlottesville, Virginia.
