Russia Lost 145,000 Troops So Far in 2026, Zelensky Says

President Zelensky reported that Russia has suffered 145,000 troop losses since the beginning of 2026, with approximately 86,000 killed in action. Ukraine has also conducted long-range drone strikes against Russian oil infrastructure, including a refinery in Yaroslavl located roughly 800 kilometers from Ukrainian territory.
