Explosion at Hungarian MOL Refinery Kills 1, Injures 9

An explosion at MOL Group's refinery in Tiszaújváros, Hungary killed one worker and seriously injured nine others during a unit restart. The fire was contained and authorities are investigating the cause. This incident follows a similar refinery fire at the company's Százhalombatta facility in October 2025.
