Ex-employee of needle-distributing nonprofit caught selling fentanyl near LA park: docs
Christopher Johnson, a former employee of nonprofit PATH, was arrested for attempting to sell fentanyl near MacArthur Park in Los Angeles after police found drugs, cash, and paraphernalia in his vehicle. Johnson falsely claimed to be a current PATH employee when questioned by authorities. PATH responded by stating it was outraged by the misrepresentation and clarified it does not provide syringe exchange services, contrary to federal court documents.
