Moline Man Sentenced to 96 months in Prison for Third Firearms Felony

Donovan James Cartwright-Nye, a 25-year-old from Moline, Illinois, was sentenced to 96 months in prison on May 20, 2026, for possessing a firearm as a felon. This is his third firearms felony conviction. He will also serve three years of supervised release following his imprisonment.
