McLaughlin Man Sentenced to 20 Months in Federal Prison for Failing to Register as Sex Offender

A South Dakota man was sentenced to 20 months in federal prison for failing to register as a sex offender. U.S. District Judge Charles B. Kornmann imposed the sentence on May 18, 2026. U.S. Attorney Ron Parsons announced the conviction and sentencing.
