Felon Who Crashed ATV into a Car, Fled Police, Sentenced to 48-Months for Possession of ‘Ghost Gun’

Sidney Rogers, a 35-year-old convicted felon from Washington D.C., was sentenced to 48 months in prison for unlawful possession of a ghost gun while fleeing police on an ATV through a residential neighborhood. The case was prosecuted by U.S. Attorney Jeanine Ferris Pirro and involved a dangerous high-speed chase through Southeast Washington.
