Florida Man Charged for Using a Fraudulent Department of Justice Seal While Falsely Representing That He was a Federal Prosecutor

A Florida resident was arrested and charged with federal crimes after using a fraudulent Department of Justice seal on correspondence sent to a luxury car company in New Jersey while falsely claiming to be a federal prosecutor. The suspect made his initial appearance in Newark Federal Court following his arrest in Miami.
