WHO says risk of global spread of Ebola outbreak is low, but high at national, regional levels

The World Health Organization reports a low risk of global spread of the Ebola outbreak, but high risk at national and regional levels, with 51 confirmed cases in Congo and 2 in Uganda. The WHO Director-General expects the number of cases to increase. The outbreak is currently affecting the northern provinces of Ituri and North Kivu in Congo, as well as Uganda's capital, Kampala.
