Emirates Airways to build new mega-hangar

Emirates Airways is constructing a $5.1 billion mega-hangar in Dubai, designed to be the Gulf's largest steel building capable of servicing 28 aircraft simultaneously. The facility, built by China Railway Construction Corp, is part of Emirates' relocation to Al Maktoum International Airport and includes a nearby cabin crew village to house 12,000 staff.
