The battle to ensure Africa’s digital sovereignty

Africa must maintain digital sovereignty by controlling the planning and governance of digital infrastructure while allowing private partners to handle financing and deployment. The continent needs $20 billion in investment for data center capacity, but has $4.4 trillion in domestic capital available to fund this growth without relying on foreign control.
