'Extremely rare' 2,000-year-old bread loaf unearthed at Roman legionary camp

A 2,000-year-old charred Roman bread loaf was discovered in Switzerland, specifically in the town of Windisch, during an excavation at a Roman legionary camp. The bread is extremely rare and is the first of its kind found in Switzerland. Further tests are planned to determine what the bread was made of.
