Latvia’s President Nominates Kulbergs to Form New Government

Latvia's President has nominated Andris Kulbergs to form a new government. Kulbergs is a member of Latvia's parliament, the Saeima, from the Joint List party. The nomination took place on May 16 during a meeting with parliamentary factions.
