Israel says it killed the leader of Hamas’ military wing, one of the architects of Oct. 7 attacks

Israel killed Izz al-Din al-Haddad, leader of Hamas' military wing and an architect of the October 7 attacks. He was killed in a strike in Gaza City on Friday. The killing comes as the ceasefire between Israel and Hamas remains fragile.
