Trump says Abu-Bilal al-Minuki, second in command of ISIS globally, killed in US-Nigerian operation

President Donald Trump announced that US and Nigerian forces killed Abu-Bilal al-Minuki, ISIS's second-in-command globally, in a joint operation. The mission aimed to eliminate the terrorist leader and diminish ISIS's global operations. Trump thanked the Nigerian government for its cooperation.
