Windows 11 tests an adjustable taskbar and resizable Start menu

Microsoft's latest Windows 11 test allows users to reposition the taskbar and change the size of the Start menu. The update is rolling out to Windows 11 Insiders in the Experimental channel. Users can place the taskbar on any side of the screen and adjust icon alignment.
