Woman arrested in $35K copper fountain theft in Oxnard

A woman was arrested in connection with the theft of a $35,000 custom copper fountain from The Collection at RiverPark shopping center in Oxnard. The theft occurred on West Second Street, and investigators found parts of the stolen fountain. The Oxnard Police Department announced the arrest on Thursday.
