CVE-2024-52911, UTXO set P2P sharing - Bitcoin Optech Newsletter #405

A vulnerability in Bitcoin Core, CVE-2024-52911, has been disclosed, which could allow an attacker to crash nodes, and a draft BIP proposal for sharing the UTXO set over the P2P network has been posted.
