6 passengers from hantavirus-hit ship arrive in Australia for 3-week quarantine

Six passengers from the hantavirus-affected cruise ship MV Hondius arrived in Australia on Friday for a mandatory three-week quarantine at Bullsbrook facility near Perth. All passengers tested negative for the virus before departure from the Netherlands, with Australia implementing strict quarantine measures. Three deaths have been reported among the 11 cases in the outbreak aboard the ship.
