Cubans stage rare protests over power outages

Rare protests have erupted in Havana due to severe power outages lasting up to 22 hours daily, caused by the US energy embargo and Cuba's depleted fossil fuel reserves. The crisis is affecting critical infrastructure including hospitals, and while solar power has been deployed, Cuba's energy minister confirmed the island has completely run out of diesel and oil.
