Ohio woman found in submerged Camaro: Ex convicted years later

Paul Hicks was convicted in 2001 for the kidnapping and murder of his estranged wife, Regina Hicks, after he drove her unconscious body into a pond and let her drown. The conviction occurred years after the crime.
