Pennsylvania mother of three fatally shot while allegedly trying to protect woman outside bar: report

Jessica Hilliard, a 34-year-old mother of three, was fatally shot while attempting to protect another woman during a confrontation outside a bar in Parks Township, Pennsylvania. The suspect, David Dunmire, opened fire in the parking lot, wounding three others before being taken into custody.
