Founder of Shark Tank-backed startup Scholly sues his acquirer Sallie Mae

Chris Gray, founder of Shark Tank-backed startup Scholly, has sued Sallie Mae, his acquirer, alleging wrongful termination and unauthorized sale of student data via a subsidiary. Sallie Mae denies the allegations and plans to contest the lawsuit.
