Israeli police investigate after officers 'cut Palestinian flag' from skullcap

Israeli police are investigating an incident where officers reportedly cut a Palestinian flag from a British-Israeli man's skullcap. The man was detained after someone took offense to his kippah embroidered with Israeli and Palestinian flags.
